Each class with Allahna has a theme and an intent which adds a delicious layer of energy and focus. Forrest yoga with Allahna will give you enough of a challenge to feel a sense of accomplishment, plus: Release tension in your entire body and mind Build inner and outer strength and resilience Feel better in your body, mind and emotions Learn to connect with your spirit. All abilities are supported and no pain is tolerated. Allahna will help you to heal any injuries and old niggling pains. Allahna will help you learn to creatively adapt the poses to suit your body so they feel good - and not just tolerable, but delicious! You will feel the tingling lifeforce energy coursing through your body and learn to channel it into the parts of your body that need healing. It's so much more than just a stretch. The wonderful gifts of these classes will transpose from the yoga mat into your everyday life, like learning to be struggle-free, being kind to yourself, being mindful and staying focused. Each class costs $25 and these are held online via Zoom. Through regular attendance, you will grow stronger, more flexible and stable in body, mind and spirit.

In your first session, Allahna will seek to understand more about your intentions and will develop a very clear and concise practice goal, which is clarified by her observations and skilled professional analysis of how she observes you moving and responding. This is skilfully woven together into a single priority. Allahna will design a practice that will delight you as much as possible and move you towards your goal. In the following sessions, you will work together with Allahna to adapt the practice to suit your evolving needs. No pain is tolerated as you learn to work kindly with your body. You are never alone as Allahna takes a collaborative approach to your wellness journey. Working one-on-one can significantly complement the work you are already doing, whether alone or with your healthcare provider, to improve and maintain mental and physical health as well as support treatment and recovery.
