Forrest yoga and yoga therapy that is research-based and tailored specifically to your needs can play an important role in your health, self-care and spiritual journey.
Allahna specialises in teaching practices in alignment with the Forrest yoga principles of breath, strength, integrity and spirit.
In your first session, Allahna will seek to understand more about your intentions and will develop a very clear and concise practice goal, which is clarified by her observations and skilled professional analysis of how she observes you moving and responding.
This is skilfully woven together into a single priority. Allahna will design a practice that will delight you as much as possible and move you towards your goal.
In the following sessions, you will work together with Allahna to adapt the practice to suit your evolving needs. No pain is tolerated as you learn to work kindly with your body.
You are never alone as Allahna takes a collaborative approach to your wellness journey.
Working one-on-one can significantly complement the work you are already doing, whether alone or with your healthcare provider, to improve and maintain mental and physical health as well as support treatment and recovery.
Single sessions can be purchased for $120, but multiple sessions are recommended to fully embed and embrace your new practice.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
