W.E.B. is an integrative practice developed by Gini Eagle that addresses mind, body and spirit using a unique mixture of counselling, reiki, yoga, meditation and shamanic energy techniques such as Sound Healing, visualisation and inner child treatments. Through this practice, Gini works with women, couples, families and children to address: • General wellbeing • Depression and mood disorder • Stress and anxiety • Relationship challenges • Empty nest syndrome and infertility • Feelings of low self-worth and insecurity • Childhood trauma • Connection with higher guidance • A range of other physical disorders/ imbalances Gini will undertake an initial counselling and reiki session to hear your concerns and discern what is troubling you. She will then tailor a personal toolkit for you from practices of Yoga, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, chakra analysis, affirmation, journaling and sound healing. To reinforce the treatment, you will receive ongoing support. Sessions can be undertaken in-person or online.
