Caroline’s yoga fusion classes blend yoga poses with techniques of Pilates and strength and fitness training.
Pairing yoga with other disciplines addresses chronic issues with hips and shoulders. Combining yoga with other disciplines tones you more than yoga alone, while still getting the benefits of this ancient practice.
Held on Tuesdays from 6.30am to 7.30am AEST, this class is held with small groups to ensure personal attention.
