Kylie designs personalised one-on-one yoga therapy practices including yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation to enhance balance, build strength and flexibility, and enable healing through transformation. The initial session will include an extensive assessment to determine the best applications of the teachings to help you progress towards health and wellbeing. Through regular sessions and practice, Kylie will lead and support you holistically. Yoga therapy is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness, state of health or prior experience of yoga. Kylie travels within Sydney to conduct these sessions in person from the comfort of your own home.
