Theo will work with you directly one-on-one to create tailored physiotherapy solutions specific to your needs, providing clinically guided exercise therapy and movement therapy. Theo may also incorporate visceral manipulation into your session. This involves the manipulation of the visceral, vascular, neurological, lymphatic and fascial structures of the body in a multi-systems approach to solving symptoms and enhancing performance. He regularly consults with other specialists including prosthodontists, dentists and sports physicians to offer the best in holistic health care.

Working with poor posture can create joint tension, muscle fatigue, headaches and impact your ability to concentrate.
