Join Perla to create your own medicine melody and learn to love your voice. This session is designed for anyone who wants to: - sing to heal others and self - shift energy using your voice - overcome shyness and learn to sing - bring vocal sound healing into their own practice. Perla believes that “melody comes from our hearts and emotions while lyrics come from our mind” and will support you in finding this. Incorporating drumming, singing, dancing, deep listening and vocal sound healing, Perla will help you to channel your own unique songs and melodies to find the gold in your voice. Similar to an athlete training for a marathon or a beginner wanting to start a regular yoga practice, Perla knows the importance of regular vocal sound healing and will partner with you to work this practice into your day. Perla welcomes you to join her in person (Wollongong) or online from the comfort of your own home.

Cost includes travel within the Illawarra/South Coast or Sydney region and equipment (including up to 18 drums). Facility hire extra if required.
