Breathing re-training is a crucial part of reclaiming your health and wellbeing. Buteyko supports enhanced breath control which helps to prevent breathlessness and promote proper breathing patterns. As your Buteyko breathing coach, Vashti will help you to learn to breathe more slowly, calmly and effectively. This will support you to breathe correctly when sleeping, exercising, speaking, eating and performing daily activities. Buteyko can also be used to assist with respiratory issues such as asthma, snoring and nasal congestion or to manage and improve anxiety and other sleep concerns.
