The course includes guided relaxation/meditation, techniques to focus and calm the mind. Moving meditations draw on Tai Chi and Qi Gong, where slow, flowing movements help induce relaxation into your body, whilst calming your mind. The practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong energize the body as well.
