This course includes a variety of different meditation techniques to quiet the chattering mind. It includes guided meditations and tools that you can use to enable your mind to become tranquil. Moving meditations draw on Tai Chi and Qi Gong, where slow, flowing movements help to focus the mind, (mindfulness) becoming present in the moment. Qi Gong adds energy to the mix, so you can become calm and energised at the same time.
