This is a series of five gentle yet powerful yoga classes which are taught weekly to encourage regular yoga practice.
Kate teaches a traditional, gentle and slower-paced style of yoga which is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Each class will include pranayama, asana, knowledge and guided relaxation. These group yoga classes are open to everyone, and no prior experience is required.
They are held on Thursdays from 5.30pm to 6.45pm at the North Queensland Hindu Community Hall in Townsville.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing.
