Ahead of your first consultation, you will be sent new client forms to fill out. Step one is assessing your current state of health. Step two is to create your customised healing and wellness plan. Together, you will determine your priority approaches relevant to your needs, which may include using Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, cupping, naturopathy, herbal and nutritional medicine, establishing your food intake framework and relaxation techniques. George advocates five sessions to assist you to start a process of becoming aware that enables you to make choices that orientate your actions towards the direction to ‘be your best’. With repeated and directed attention to this as your desired outcome allows ‘be your best’ to become your dominating habit. This realigns your current state of dis-ease and dis-harmony towards a state of ease and harmony, which then creates your opportunity to the possibility of freely experiencing the boundless joy of life.
