Join Sarah for a private Conscious Connected Breathing/ Rebirthing Breathwork session. An introduction and the beginning of your new relationship with your breath. A 2.5 hour session for people who are new to the practice or who are yet to work with me. We begin with a full consultation where you can share what is present for you and any relevant history to process in your breathe. I will introduce the breathing practice before I guide you through the full breathing cycle. This is a full breathwork journey of roughly 60 minutes of active breathing, consultation, integration and a check in at the end. This is an embodied practice using the breath as a tool for self-healing, reflection and relaxation. Sarah will support you in moving through layers of tension, clearing anything restricting physical or mental relaxation. These private one-on-one sessions are deeply nourishing and powerful. When starting I encourage working together over 10 sessions, with sessions weekly or fortnightly. You may use this session to decide if you would like to continue practicing together and if it is something you want to continue to explore.
