Yoga and yoga therapy are multi-dimensional and integrative approaches to health and well-being – mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Yoga therapy sits within the complete system of yoga and has a specific structural approach depending on an individual’s goals.
The content of a private session depends on the unique individual and their goals.
Sue draws upon the tradition of yoga and the framework of yoga therapy along with aspects of trauma sensitive yoga, somatic therapy, pilates and complementary studies. Sue educates individuals around the purpose of the practices, anatomy, nervous system, mind, integration of body, mind and soul to enable clients to gain a deeper understanding.

Private sessions are ideal for individuals seeking to improve resilience, self-empowerment and self-healing. No previous experience with yoga is necessary. Private sessions are also suitable for people who attend group sessions. Whilst benefits can be experienced in a group setting, private sessions allow complete focus on you and your goals.
