Using neuro-linguistic programming and principles of hypnotherapy and timeline reset, Susanne has designed this four session package to support in: anxiety, trauma and abuse getting out of the ‘stuck’ state managing and overcoming emotions helping find your ‘voice’ building resilience, gaining direction and moving forward to a brighter future The first two sessions focus on emotions and limiting beliefs. Session 1: Emotions (2.5 hours) The first step is to deal with eliminating and managing the ‘emotional charge’ that you may be carrying unconsciously, including feelings such as bursts of anger, periods of apathy, sadness, guilt, shame, chronic fear and anxiety. This process works with the unconscious mind to support the healing of emotional trauma, eliminating unwanted thoughts, resetting your emotions and behaviour that are no longer serving you, and clearing your path for the life that you deserve to be living. Session 2: Limiting beliefs (2.5 hours) The second step is to release limiting beliefs. These are beliefs that you may hold around yourself, others or in your environment which may be holding you back. We discuss topics like love, confidence, enjoying life, connecting with others easily, feeling calmer and more relaxed and explore what is holding you back from achieving these things (plus more). Our beliefs can certainly work for us, but also against us. To reset them we need to understand where they came from. Most have been instilled from a young age and they may not necessarily be ours but have been taken in unconsciously. In this process, we also clear your path and reset your own belief system so you can thrive. Sessions 3 and 4: Tailored to you The remaining two sessions are customised to your individual needs and take approximately 2-2.5 hours. This program also includes practical tools to improve communication, assistance in regaining focus, handouts, homework and relaxation audio for your own time.
