Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines and uses the gentle art of muscle monitoring to assess information about a person’s well being. What makes it unique is the use of gentle non invasive muscle testing, to help identify the underlying cause and location of stress and trauma, causing imbalances held in specific area/s of the body-mind, to be gently resolved and released accordingly and unblock your innate healing potential. If not addressed, this can lead to a wide range of health and well being problems, which can cause blocks to healing and further growth. So by bringing the structural, emotional, mental, nutritional and even spiritual processes back into alignment, while calming the nervous system, the body-mind is given the best opportunity to heal itself more quickly and function at a higher level with less resistance. Some examples of techniques used are acupressure, massaging neurolymphatic areas, stimulating neurovascular points, using sound frequencies, visualisation, breath work, counselling techniques and primitive reflex integration or a combination, depending on your individual needs. A medical history, diet, lifestyle and environmental factors are taken into consideration to help determine what else is impacting on your health and hindering your own healing potential, as well as what’s holding you back from moving forward and achieving what you really need and desire in your own life.
