And a take home program tailored to you to keep you moving forward. Shiatsu is a form of bodywork that focuses on the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve overall health. We sensitively apply pressure (using hands/elbows/knees) to specific areas of the client’s body to help heal common ailments and conditions, and relieves energetic blockages in the body. Acupressure works along these same meridian lines but uses specific points to treat ailments. These treatments promote energy flow and correct imbalances.
