Stephanie will guide you through a yoga practice to help release tension in the body and mind, balance the energy body, soothe and strengthen all aspects of the body/mind/spirit- and helping you to reconnect to your centre and experience true balance in all aspects.
Using specific postures, breath and at times visualization techniques, expect to leave this class feeling calm, clear, energised and deeply relaxed.
Modifications will be given as necessary for those beginners or anyone who may have an injury or special requirement.
