This practice will be based on your priorities and desires for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Despite what you see in popular media, finding calm, ease and courage doesn’t need to involve fancy yoga poses. Yoga and mindfulness can be a practical, useful, and very nurturing part of your everyday life.
Alison’s moving meditations are within a normal range of movement. The power of the practice comes from mindfulness of the breath and in cultivating kind, non-judgemental attention.
Practices with Alison are warm, friendly and held in the comfort of your own home or office.
We start with where you are, how you are, and what you feel comfortable with.
All you need is a quiet space and a device on which you can access Zoom.
