The first session will run for 60 minutes, where Angelie will meet to understand your own body type, your own needs and what sort of practice and yoga tools can be used to support your practice. The second session will run for 45 minutes, where Angelie will provide a personalised plan with a yoga practice tailored just for you. The third session runs for 75 minutes, where she will teach you and take you through your own personalised practices, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify anything before you set off on your own personal practice!
