This class is right for you if you:
- experience persistent pain
- want to understand what drives chronic pain and what perpetuates your pain
- would like to understand the links between pain, thoughts, emotions, mind and breath
- would like to learn to use yoga practices to reduce your pain, decrease the reactivity of your nervous system, reduce physical and mental tension and improve your quality of life.
The package includes one private session where we can identify your particular needs and yoga goals, discuss any concerns and give you a taste of what is to come, followed by six group sessions where you will develop the ability to understand your pain and reduce its impact on your life.
Individual sessions will be held at a mutually convenient time prior to the starting date, group sessions will run each week Fridays 10 - 11am for six weeks.
