Yoga for beginners - six session package with Rebecca Davis

This class is right for you if you:
- are new to yoga or returning after an extended break
- want a gentle introduction to yoga and meditation
- want careful guidance to ensure that you develop the ability to activate and stabilise your body in foundational yoga poses
- want to develop strength, balance, body awareness and coordination
- are seeking a small, friendly group to practice with
- feel intimidated by the extreme and complex practices often featured on social media, and would like to experience yoga in an "average" body
- want to learn to listen to your body and quiet your mind.
The package includes one private session where we can identify your particular needs and yoga goals, discuss any concerns and give you a 'taste' of what is to come, followed by six group sessions where you will learn the
foundations of yoga in a safe, supportive and friendly environment.
Individual sessions will be held at a mutually convenient time prior to the starting date, group sessions will run each week Thursdays 7 - 8pm for six weeks.
