With daily practice, yoga therapy can empower individuals to improve their health through the specific and regular application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Yoga tools prescribed to support health may include (but are not limited to) postures, breath practices, mindfulness, meditation, chanting, supported rest and lifestyle changes. The 3 session block includes: * session 1 - 90 minutes - discussion about the issue to be addressed, practice, discuss daily practice and lifestyle suggestions. Practice will be emailed to client within 24 hours. * session 2 (after 2 weeks) - 45 minutes - review of daily practice, reflection on impact of practice, discuss daily practice and lifestyle suggestions. Practice will be emailed to client within 24 hours. * session 3 (after 2 weeks) - 45 minutes - review of daily practice, reflection on impact of practice, discuss daily practice and lifestyle suggestions.
