This package includes: - one coaching session 45 mins to map out your transformation (this is the initial booking for this) - one phenomenal RTT session two hours - one custom created hypnosis to rewire your mind and beliefs for 40 days - 1 x clinical hypnosis session 60 mins - one follow up session 20 mins - 24/7 email support for 40 days You may have a few things you'd like to focus on - this is ok. However, the mind likes to focus on one thing at a time. Example: You come in for a session around back pain, insomnia, anxiety and hair loss. We can start with the issue that is most bothering you and work from there. You will find that once we start working on one thing, other issues do disappear. Should you have any questions about the session, please book in the discovery call to discuss. You will also have a 45 minute coaching session prior to this session to ensure you have a map of your transformation. NOTE: If you have epilepsy and/or suffer from a psychiatric disorder, RTT may not be for you. Contact Emma to discuss further. Wheelchair Access available for in-person sessions Note: This initial booking is for your first session. The total 40 day package is around 5 hours in total.
