* Currently on maternity leave Drawing on the philosophy of yoga, the principles of reiki and the sacred art of astrology, in this session we journey into the roots of your creativity. According to astrology, the Sun represents our Spirit and the Moon symbolises our Heart and Soul, and thus both are important points in connecting with our creativity. The session will begin by casting your unique astrological birth chart and locating your natal Sun and Moon. Together we will tune in to this sacred information and allow it to guide the session. The session is grounded in yogic philosophy of unity of mind, body and spirit. You will be introduced to yogic practices, such as simple breathing exercises, meditation techniques and yin yoga poses as appropriate, to help ground your energy and nurture your creativity. We'll explore the rhythms of the natural world, such as the Moon Phases, and their connection to your innate creative energy.
