Keith is available for one-on-one hatha yoga sessions which are customised to your needs. Hatha yoga is a gentle practice that achieves balance through dedicated poses, breathing and meditation. It can be modified to be done from a chair if required. Specialising in postural work for older adults, Keith can help you with an appropriate practice to take home to apply on a daily basis. These one-on-one sessions can be held in person or online via Zoom.
