Client feedback includes: "The deep listening session with Helene left me feeling very relaxed and connected with the earth. When Helene holds space for you, it is like a loving embrace and very nourishing." Session guide: Introduction (10 minutes): Welcome, creating safety and nature meditation Deep Listening* (20 minutes): You share whatever is in your heart, in whatever way you choose. Helene will be present to your sharing and will listen deeply. You may need to express anger, sadness, confusion, strengths, optimism, or another emotion. Whatever you are feeling, it is welcome here. Close (15 minutes): Helene affirms your feelings and reflects your strengths. She will close with a guided nature meditation and grounding before finishing. *Helene will set a timer for the Deep Listening part of the session. That way, you can both 'drop in' to your sharing. Rather than receiving advice, during these sessions you will be supported to deeply connect with nature, with yourself, and to share what is sitting on your heart. Helene remains deeply present and reflects back to you your feelings, wisdom and strengths. During this affirming and strengthening session, Helene walks alongside you and regards you as wise and fully capable of leading your own healing process.
