If you are looking for help relieving symptoms or have a health condition that you would like to address. If you want to regain control in your life, be empowered to feel better about yourself and improve your general well-being; and want to be seen as a whole being with needs and get tools to support you, yoga therapy is for you.
What to expect
We begin with a questionnaire to gather your details and ask questions about your reasons for the consultation as well as your life style.
The first consultation is usually about 90 minutes. It includes a conversation about your answers and further questions which is followed by an assessment.
Depending on your concerns, we identify methods and tools to help with your symptoms. Natja is specialised in working with clients after cancer but qualified to work with all other health concerns such as general tightness, anxiety, after surgery, mood fluctuations, sleeping problems, changing habits, improving eating habits and many more.
Natja will then find the fitting yogic tools together with you and create a personalised practice for you to take home.
The second consultation is around 60 minutes. You will talk about your experience, you might get asked further questions and make changes or extensions to your practice. Natja will teach you what is new or changed and provide you with a new practice plan.
You continue your practice at home and return for a follow up consultation of about 60 minutes. You will talk together about benefits and how you experienced them and might make further changes or extensions to your practice.
The package of three consultations will allow time to create your individual, unique practice plan.
