This treatment uses gentle stimulation, acupuncture, acupressure and massage to revitalise skin texture, blood flow and appearance. Crystal tools are used to perform facial acupressure, usually jade, rose quartz, bian stone or agate. These are either flat with smooth rounded edges or shaped like a wand. Facial cupping uses gentle suction with soft plastic cups, enhancing circulation and toning the facial muscles. No marks are left on the face with this technique as only light pressure is applied to the face in a slow repetitive scraping and lifting motion, contouring muscles and stimulating elasticity. The increased circulation of blood and energy rejuvenate the skin while simultaneously treating the underlying factors that contribute to the ageing process.
