It works like a dynamic re-patterning process on the body, mind and spirit, giving you the opportunity to realign yourself and change old, non-contributing patterns within your body. During the massage you may feel some pain associated with deep tissue massage. Instead of gritting your teeth to suppress the pain even more, you are asked to acknowledge that this is pain you have stored in your body for some time. What is the other relevant information that contributes to your current disharmony? ​ We work together online to clear these patterns causing disharmony and empowering you with the tools to manage daily stresses and emotional triggers and to move forward in life with confidence. Note: this is not a counselling session it is a therapy session of self empowerment. You will learn howe to change how you feel each day, how to manage daily stresses and clear past traumas. You will be empowered with all the tools you need. Our sessions will not replace your existing mental health plan however will compliment and enhance your growth. You will then work together to strengthen and integrate the new patterns and any other information that is relevant to create the desired outcomes. This takes practice and you will only get out of it what you put into it. You will need to practice the new skills you have learnt. ​ Over the following 2-3 weeks you will start noticing the changes in your physical experience for example you may notice you are not being emotionally triggered into a specific reaction, you may notice the physical pain is reduced or has gone away completely, you may notice you are sleeping better and feel calm in situation you many not have felt calm in before. ​ It is recommended that you have 4 online sessions of 2 hours with the follow up session being 2 weeks apart.
