Rachel has been a practitioner of holistic health and healing for more than 10 years, integrating life coaching, yoga and reiki to support a mind-body-spirit approach to wellbeing. Rachel’s clients come to her for a variety of reasons, including: * Loss of identity * Feminine empowerment * Reassessing purpose and priorities after having children * Realigning after losing sight of who they are and what they want * Seeking assistance on how to make health and wellbeing a priority Rachel has a Bachelor of Human Science (Nutrition) from the University of Canberra and a Diploma of Life Coaching from The Coaching Institute. She has completed the 200 hour Power Yoga and 300 hour Rasa Yoga teacher training and is a Level 3 Reiki Master. Rachel is also a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her journey began when she was pregnant with her second baby and her own mother was diagnosed with cancer. This combination of enormous life changes and stressors led her to review her life, with a focus on her own health. Rachel began to research the impact stress has on our body and its role in the origins of disease. Through this process, she began to learn more about the importance of our mindset and that the way we think is critical to our overall wellbeing. While living in the Northern Territory, Rachel started her first business integrating nutrition, fitness and mindset and built a strong community empowering women. Now residing in the Australian Capital Territory, she practices in person in her studio and online. As well as one-on-one healing and personal yoga sessions, Rachel also facilitates group gatherings to support healing with nature, drawing in teachings and wisdom from different cultures, and in alignment and honour of the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. She also works in the public service managing teams to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people while raising her two children. Rachel believes that we each are here for a divine purpose, and sees her purpose to live and lead from love as she creates pathways for individual and collective healing and harmony. Read more
