Tania is a wellbeing coach who supports her clients to not just feel good, but to optimise their mindset so they can deal with life’s challenges and enjoy a life that makes them happy. She adopts a mindfulness-led holistic approach to supporting her clients to reduce stress, manage anxiety & depression, optimise their diet & lifestyle, as well as improve their communication for good relationships. With over ten years experience in the wellbeing industry, Tania has observed many misconceptions about what it means to be happy & healthy. She started her business because she was saddened by the number of overly busy, stressed, well-educated men and women that she knew who were feeling guilty, confused, frustrated, reactive, dissatisfied, angry, anxious and depressed. In some cases, this was making them ill and/or compromising the quality of their relationships. Many of her clients were asking themselves “how can I deal with things better?” They are ready to collaborate to create sustainable change their life. Whether weary and fatigued from over-caring for others, or expecting too much from themselves and others, Tania loves helping them learn how to address imbalances and redefine their boundaries. Tania finds joy through helping others understand themselves, working through any family conditioning and sharing her own journey to inspire others. She is no stranger to the stress of people-pleasing, meeting deadlines, dealing with difficult people and working in a high stress environment. In her 20s she was a corporate caterer and event coordinator, and after starting her own family in her 30s, she became acutely aware of how her mental and emotional state impacted her children and family. Tania began a quest to find peace and calm the inner turmoil that she was experiencing with the world around her. She has studied breathwork techniques, completed the 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training with the Byron School of Yoga in 2010, and became a Certified Health Coach with Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2011. She holds certification as a meditation facilitator. She continues ongoing study in the fields of life coaching and counselling. Homeschooling her daughters during a 5 month road trip through Europe, she began meditating every day to be calmer, less reactive and more present. In 2016, Tania curated her experience and the techniques she practiced into an online course called “Find Your Zen”, which sold out within 48 hours. Since that time, she has shared it with hundreds of people as well as facilitated through organisations such as Westpac and Optus. Recognising the link between food and mood, Tania facilitates a 12 week mindfulness program called Nourish Your Zen, to support clients wanting to make peace with how they eat and take care of themselves and their families. Tania looks forward to taking her programs further into the community to help with managing the stress of work, family and relationships. She also facilitates a range of retreats to provide much-needed time out to unplug from all responsibilities and reconnect with yourself. She looks forward to helping you Find, Nourish and Turn up your Zen. Read more
