In meditation coaching, Stephen loves the personal nature of the journey with his clients and being able to care for their soul and connect on a deep level. His purpose is not to push any particular system, technique or belief. Rather, his mission is to deliver whatever his clients need to get big results - fast! Stephen tried meditation for the first time when he was 16, and fell in love immediately. He couldn’t believe that these simple tools had delivered such powerful results. It was an eye-opener that altered his whole perspective and profoundly changed his life. He has continued to follow this path ever since by constantly growing, learning and dedicating himself to being the best meditation coach that he can for each and every client he works with. Alongside extensive meditation training in a range of traditions, Stephen is also a qualified counsellor, life coach, shiatsu therapist, homeopath and yoga teacher. Stephen shares his passion and expertise through regular online classes, personal meditation coaching sessions and inspirational presentations alongside his numerous audio, video and written works. His meditation coaching sessions are delivered online and over the phone.
