Laura’s passion is to help her clients navigate their current life circumstances in a more functional way so that they can start enjoying life with calm, confidence and on their own terms. Laura is the creator of healing and empowering programs, such as the Relax, Receive & Heal event, The Harmony Formula Program and The Emotionally Fit Human. She’s also the host of The Love Approach Project Podcast. Laura has helped over 5,000 people through her 1:1 sessions, group events, online programs, meditations, podcasts and videos on different platforms, and loves to be able to incorporate her knowledge as a journalist to bring valuable content to her audience and clients. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Laura now lives in Sydney, Australia, with her husband, Steve. She loves to dance, speak in Spanglish, cook healthy, delicious food and practice Shaolin Kung Fu.
