Aimee is a yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer and rebirthing breathwork trainer who believes the science of yoga is a discipline to uncover the “gold and diamonds” in everyone. Combining Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa styles, her yoga classes are slow, deeply meditative and physically strong, with a modern biomechanical focus. Aimee’s rebirthing breathwork sessions are sensitive, empathic and bring about profound relaxation and release of stress and tension that accumulate in the body over the course of your life. Both the yoga and breathwork are transformative, Aimee says, with her clients reporting life-changing results in both body and mind. Aimee feels it is a blessing to inspire others to realise their own limitlessness and is constantly motivated to share the gift of life with others. Growing up with a strong connection to natural healing as a result of parental influence, yoga teaching was a natural choice for Aimee. She has been teaching since 2009 and providing teacher training and breathwork since 2014. Aimee founded Summer Healing Yoga, which has three different locations in Melbourne, in 2019. Read more
