Siina is a yoga teacher, astrologist and artist and a lover of all things wild and mysterious. Her purpose is to help women to reconnect to their creative spirit, nature and the cosmos through daily practices and mindful ritual. Having worked in the wellness industry for the past eight years, she has developed an approach that will allow her clients to walk away with tools and insights that they can begin to utilise straight after the session. Her purpose is to help women to reconnect to their creative spirit, nature and the cosmos through daily practices and mindful ritual. Having worked in the wellness industry for the past eight years, she has developed an approach that will allow her clients to walk away with tools and insights that they can begin to utilise straight after the session. Drawing on her training in reiki, yoga and astrology, Siina works together with her clients to establish daily rituals to calm and ground the nervous system and nurture deep emotional needs. She loves how astrology helps us to connect deeper with this physical life and uses the embodiment practices of yoga and cosmic insights to help her clients find their own confidence in healing. Holding a degree in anthropology from Macquarie University, one of the areas that caught her focus is the study of rituals and rites of passage and their power to invite healing and change. Siina likes to explore their links to nature, cosmos and the natural cycles of life and loves discovering the common threads that unite all of humanity. After graduating, Siina kept exploring the human experience through yoga and meditation, and found herself completely swept away by astrology and the ever-expanding cosmos. She now holds a Certificate of Astrology from Nature Care College, a Diploma of Yoga Teaching and is a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. A creative at heart, Siina is also a contemporary still life artist.
