Renee is a compassionate and success-focused relationship coach, life coach and energetic healer. She believes that “the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives” and she loves helping people make the move from hopeless to happy relationships. Renee loves seeing her clients experience the ‘aha’ moment and watching their transformation. She helps people develop the essential skills and self-awareness that underpin happy relationships including healing from past hurts,... Renee is a compassionate and success-focused relationship coach, life coach and energetic healer. She believes that “the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives” and she loves helping people make the move from hopeless to happy relationships. Renee loves seeing her clients experience the ‘aha’ moment and watching their transformation. She helps people develop the essential skills and self-awareness that underpin happy relationships including healing from past hurts, developing self-confidence, optimising existing relationships, improving communications and identifying trigger points, and getting clear on what they want out of a relationship. Always fascinated by life and relationships, she was interested in life coaching from a young age. She commenced her career in railways and public transport, ultimately spending over a decade in this industry and progressing to a senior leadership role. Looking for more meaning and creativity in a very logic-based industry, Renee began teaching belly dancing and commenced her studies in life coaching. She holds a Diploma of Life Coaching from The Life Coaching College, a Diploma of Energetic Healing from Nature Care College, and qualifications in Meditation and Laughter Yoga. Renee runs her practice in Sydney and provides sessions in-person and online for individuals, couples and groups. She also loves facilitating group workshops, is in the process of writing a book.
