She supports people who feel overwhelmed by self-criticism, stress, sadness, anxiety, doubt and fear to become more accepting of who they are and break through their own inner glass ceiling. Jennifer is passionate about helping her clients access their own inner wisdom as they navigate life’s ups and downs, grow in self-compassion, have a better relationship with themselves and others, and change patterns that are no longer helpful. She loves helping people find more joy in life and be more authentically in the present and fulfilled. She is the founder of Psychotherapy Central, Ambassador to A Sound Life Charity, The Embody Lab and President of the International Energetic Healing Association. A lifelong learner, author and regular facilitator, Jennifer leads international transformational retreats and writes accredited courses, e-books and blogs.
