Jann’s clients are often in crisis, and she works with them to navigate a way through, guiding them to recognise their own triggers and put in place techniques to help them with their stress and thought processes. With more than 30 years experience in teaching meditation, metaphysics, mindfulness, self-development and soul connection, Jann is passionate about supporting people to embrace conscious life choices, assisting them to uncover their own wisdom. Jann draws on her knowledge and training to enable her clients to feel safe exploring and expressing their thoughts and feelings, understand their current choices, and let go of limiting patterns and beliefs. She encourages people to believe in themselves, let go of self-judgement and help them to recognise what they really want in their lives. Her clients say they find an increasing sense of inner peace and hope, skills to assist them to calm their minds, make clearer life choices, and have an expanding ability to cope with change. Jann values the connection she makes with her clients, and feels it is an honour to be sharing special moments of recognition with them.
