Lorraine is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor who uses an integrated approach to therapy, including mediumship and energy healing. She works with her clients to heal past or present pain or disruption that can sit anywhere in the mental, physical, emotional or spiritual bodies. Clients generally see Lorraine for personal growth, transitions, emotional issues and ascension work. Lorraine is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor who uses an integrated approach to therapy, including mediumship and energy healing. She works with her clients to heal past or present pain or disruption that can sit anywhere in the mental, physical, emotional or spiritual bodies. Clients generally see Lorraine for personal growth, transitions, emotional issues and ascension work. While Lorraine’s clients may initially engage in therapy for something specific, the process of therapy itself activates a multitude of healings on many levels, which in turn catalyses a deeper understanding of self and soul. Always curious about the alchemy of transformation and how people can heal and grow despite their traumas, difficulties and backgrounds, Lorraine began her learning in this field in her late twenties and has been building knowledge for over 18 years. From her private practice, Lorraine works in person (currently north of Bellingen) and online with her clients, both therapeutically and metaphysically. Lorraine sees clients online locally and internationally. Lorraine has taught from Bachelor to Masters levels in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy, across a decade including the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), Western Sydney University (UWS) and private workshops. These include psychodynamic, narrative, creative, solution-focused, mindfulness, person-centred, transpersonal, existential, Jungian, Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), grief and loss, shadow self, and cultural diversity. More recently, Lorraine has focused her teaching around ascension and multi-dimensional healing. We each have our stories, our unique backgrounds, and our ways of being in the world.
