Liliana is an Access Consciousness® Certified Facilitator, and an Access Bars® practitioner and facilitator. She loves introducing others to this powerful, dynamic and non-invasive modality to support life’s challenges and transform lives. Using gentle touch, Liliana supports a wide range of people who are seeking support to change an aspect of their life. Her clients may be experiencing relationship issues, insomnia, anxiety or health challenges. Others innately know that something feels... Using gentle touch, Liliana supports a wide range of people who are seeking support to change an aspect of their life. Her clients may be experiencing relationship issues, insomnia, anxiety or health challenges. Others innately know that something feels wrong within their body, but they don’t know why or what is causing it. Working as a life coach, holistic therapist and yoga teacher for over eight years, Liliana became intrigued by Access Bars® after being introduced by a friend. Despite already being in a good place when she tried her first session, she left feeling energized, joyful and glowing. When she first heard about this modality, Liliana couldn’t understand how it was possible to have something that is so simple be so powerful and effective. After a sustained feeling of happiness, increased energy and succeeding, she was hooked and wanted to learn more. Her curiosity and following the pure joy from Access Bars® led her to become a practitioner in 2019 and a facilitator in 2020. Liliana now facilitates private one-on-one sessions for people and provides multi-session packages for issues that are more deeply rooted. Having lived in four continents over the last decade (North America, Europe, Asia and now Australia), Liliana is all too familiar with what it is like to pack up your life and start again. She is currently creating her new community around her in the eastern suburbs of Sydney and looks forward to building her Australian client base.
