A spiritual alignment by distance gives you the opportunity to receive an energy healing with my partner Shelley McConaghy and I—or myself individually—while we work simultaneously with you, just as if you were in the healing room with us. The session involves a quick check-in to see what you would like to focus on. We then ask you to get comfortable in your space—whether it's lying on the couch or seated with your favourite crystal. We then set the crystals on the massage table as if you were lying there. We proceed by invoking energetically to set the space and I practice some sound healing techniques to lift and shift out of the energy field what is ready to move straight away. Via a guided visualisation, I connect you deeply to Mother Earth. You're treated to a blend of hands-on polarity energy balancing techniques, pendulum work to clear and balance the chakras, and some suggestions for emotional and energetic release. Sometimes clients feel this as a buzzing or tingling sensation. There's the opportunity to cut cords of attachment and clear contractual debris. Throughout the session I conduit the energy through the crystals, working with a large crystal grid that is like a portal straight into your energy field. We finish with sound medicine that's like a car wash for the soul. While you relax in fully-clothed comfort, your entire energy field comes into balance—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—connecting you to your inner world and restoring peace and harmony. Please note that as travelling healers, appointments are available across New South Wales, Australia depending on our schedule. Locations include: Sydney's Northern Beaches, Central Coast, Dubbo, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Kiama, Mogo. Sessions are available in Charmhaven at Lake Spa Wellness Centre from February 2024, and we will post other dates as they are scheduled.
