Alice is an integrative complementary medicine therapist, holistic kinesiologist and one of the first 50 mind-body medicine practitioners in Australia. Using kinesiology as the basis to uncover stress patterns in the body, Alice draws from her training in aromatherapy, homeopathy, nutrition, diet therapy, naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Neurostructural Integration Technique or NST therapy (a combination of advanced Bowen therapy, osteopathy and chiropractic) and tissue salts to create the best natural therapy possible. Her advanced knowledge enables her to get to the root cause of her client’s issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. She treats mental health issues including anxiety and depression, headaches and migraines, various forms of pain and emotional blockages. Alice works in conjunction with conventional medicine practitioners as well as other natural therapists to provide the best outcomes for her clients. Many of her clients report feeling better and being able to move forward with their lives; and Alice loves hearing her clients return and tell her they can now live the life they truly want to live. Alice’s interest in natural therapies began when in 2002, she saw an acupuncturist for a migraine that would not ease. When it worked, she used acupuncture to treat other health issues and to bring on labour. She is a mother to two beautiful children, both of whom have benefitted from kinesiology in a number of ways. Alice is also a published author, contributing chapters to two books on health and wellness – “Alternative Well-Being Sciences” and “Your Well-being: Sunrise Edition”. Read more
