Keith is a wellness practitioner who is passionate about teaching others how to calm their chattering mind using practices that are sustainable for their body. He has been teaching Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years and is an accredited Counsellor and Life coach. While his clients range from teenagers to seniors, he specialises in working with adults aged 40+. His primary areas of expertise are in postural work, relaxation through guided meditations, and intertwining Tai Chi...
