As a dedicated and passionate Yoga Teacher, Jennifer specialises in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga to support her clients to calm their nervous system and experience relaxation and de-stress. Jennifer’s yoga, therapy & coaching sessions help her clients to eliminate physical pain, shift their mindset, create a more positive and a lighter frame of mind and alleviate anxiety, to create a sense of calm, inner peace and clarity of mind. Jennifer also facilitates Yoga Teacher Trainings to certify Yoga Teachers (Foundation Yoga Teacher Training Certificate as well as the Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certificate). Growing up in a high-achieving, status-driven and career-focused family, Jennifer found herself pursuing a corporate career where she felt unfulfilled, stuck and miserable. She was not living her soul’s purpose. Then she decided to quit her job and travelled to India, where she had an epiphany - she finally understood that real beauty comes from within. She realised that manifesting qualities of love, joy and peace is what truly matters and decided to pursue her newfound passion of yoga and eventually coaching & therapy.
