Leanne is a holistic health practitioner who is passionate about simplifying the ways we can look after ourselves and our wellbeing. Leanne loves working with her clients to help them feel relaxed and provide a sense of relief utilising her experience across meditation, reiki, Australian Bush Flower Essences and aromatherapy techniques. Leanne loves working with her clients to help them feel relaxed and provide a sense of relief utilising her experience across meditation, reiki, Australian Bush Flower Essences and aromatherapy techniques. She has wealth of experience meditating with different techniques, applying these in her own life and supporting her participants to use these. Leanne loves meeting different people and being involved with her local community through meditation. In 2012, she was encouraged to start guiding meditations and decided to pursue formal qualifications to allow her to take meditation into the community. She completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM). In 2018, she joined the ACMM team as a coach and now coaches the ‘Journaling for Clarity’ six-week program which can be found on Lisa Forde's (the Founder of ACMM) SoulAdvisor profile. Leanne also holds an Advanced Diploma in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy (Process Orientated Psychology), is a Reiki master teacher/practitioner and is trained as an Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner and in the AromaTouch technique.
