Specialising in food science, sports performance and longevity science, Greg uses 30 years of biological and neuroscience research and knowledge to help you bring more energy and positive change into your life. A vegetarian for over 25 years, Greg is the founder of Inner Power X Australia and has created multiple programs to help people make a positive shift in their life. He works with a broad range of people aged up to their late 80s, but particularly enjoys working with women aged 35-55. Using his degree in sports medicine and his extensive experience in other modalities, he helps people make a mental shift and overcome the obstacles to a healthier lifestyle and weight loss by taking a different approach with his transformational light body program. He loves sharing wisdom enabling clients to easily understand how to introduce micro and macro changes into their lives to manage their bodies better so as they can live in a more energetic, nutritious, sustainable and optimal way. For the last six years, he has been working and running programs and retreats in Singapore, Bali, Sri Lanka and Australia. His courses range from spiritual, yoga, nutrition to meditation, weight management, sports performance, injury recovery and healing. A qualified Bowen therapist, Greg also works with people one-on-one to overcome injuries and chronic and acute pain.
