Ann is a Reiki Master who is passionate about helping people feel good and empowered. She knows that not one size fits all, customising her healing approach to each person that she works with. Ann has seen the effect of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, drug and alcohol use, and tragically suicide far too many times. Using her lived/living experience as a lens in her practice, she will walk alongside you and your needs. She was inspired to learn more about holistic counselling and energy... Ann is a Reiki Master who is passionate about helping people feel good and empowered. She knows that not one size fits all, customising her healing approach to each person that she works with. Ann has seen the effect of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, drug and alcohol use, and tragically suicide far too many times. Using her lived/living experience as a lens in her practice, she will walk alongside you and your needs. She was inspired to learn more about holistic counselling and energy healing while supporting her two children through mental health challenges, cyberbullying and during a horrific period where her daughter lost five friends to suicide within 14 months. Ann became a Reiki Master with Rainbow Light Therapies in 2017. She has also completed training in holistic counselling with a diploma in mental health and as a meditation leader. . Heavily involved in the community, Ann has been a netball coach since she was 16, and was the President of her local netball club for 10 years, and is on President of the management board of her local community centre. She accepted a role with headspace National as a member of the Family Reference Group in 2017, which is made up of people with lived experience of supporting young people and provides that lens to headspace National from Governance to content review. Ann also works for a major hospital in Victoria as a Community Family/carer peer work lead in community mental health. Based in Blind Bight in South Melbourne, Ann provides her healing services in person and by distance. She looks forward to working with you. Read more

When I first meet Ann, I was angry. I was angry and I didn’t even know it. I was so wrapped up in surviving the multiple traumas... When I first meet Ann, I was angry. I was angry and I didn’t even know it. I was so wrapped up in surviving the multiple traumas I had lived through up and until that point, that I was not aware of myself, just the things I always did to survive. Growing up queer in a small town with accusations of my sexual orientation starting at age three and the harassment that came with being a very clearly queer kid would make me that very angry young man Ann first met. Throughout my time with Ann, I have been able to and continue to learn more about myself. Who I am versus Who I have been told I am. I am sexual assault survivor and with Ann’s help I have been able to give myself space to grow and find ways to thrive and survive. I have found my voice to stand in my truth and not feel defined by it. If you are looking for a caring soul who will help you along your journey, I can recommend Ann enough. I know, I did the work, I took the steps, but Ann guided me along the path. Read more
