These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. In your first session with Vicki, she will identify where you are at and what issue/s you’d like to focus on. In follow-up sessions, Vicki will explore what’s worked well and what needs to be focused on next. You’ll leave each session with practical tools and techniques to incorporate into your daily life.
