Access Bars® is a hands-on technique that can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer’s cluttered hard drive – only this time, you’re creating space in your brain. There are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that is stopping you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. In your first session with Vicki, she will identify where you are at and what issue/s you’d like to focus on. In follow-up sessions, Vicki will explore what’s worked well and what needs to be focused on next. You’ll leave each session with practical tools and techniques to incorporate into your daily life.
