Her soul’s purpose is to help people to achieve a better state of health and experience life more joyfully. Through her practice, Gudrun initiates healing and promotes wellbeing to keep mind, body and spirit healthy. Her clients are located worldwide and Gudrun loves helping them release stress and anxiety, experience deep relaxation, restore emotional balance, and feel calm and at peace. Growing up with a mother who is a homeopath, Gudrun has always been magnetised by the power of T&CM and holistic healing. After a life changing experience with a Reiki Master in Hawaii and completing her level I and II reiki training alongside her two children in 2015, she started her journey as a reiki practitioner. In 2020, she became a Reiki Master and she also holds a Diploma of Intuitive Healing from the Centre of Excellence 2021. With her family spread throughout Europe, Gudrun started practising distance reiki. She quickly realised that there is no difference in being able to offer relaxation and deep clearing remotely and now loves offering this service to clients all over the world. Passionate about people, Gudrun worked in the corporate world for over two decades in human resources and marketing. Through her ongoing HR consulting work, she loves understanding what makes people tick, creating a fertile ground for them to grow, and supporting them to shine brighter. A lifelong learner, Gudrun is currently working towards her Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy and shorter courses in neuropsychology, triggers and trauma.
